New Leaf Therapy was created to help people calm, soothe, and heal their way into a better, more joyful life. We offer mental and emotional health therapy for motivated adults, and help them discover ways to relax the mind, connect with and honor their true self, their intrinsic strength and wholeness so they know who they are, what they want, and have the confidence to live their life in that way.
Our “beingness”, the way we are in the world, is so important, and it affects everyone around us as well.
My intention is to help individuals and couples develop more meaningful and fulfilling relationships, including the relationship with self. The clients who benefit the most from working with me are those who are willing to take responsibility for their life and well-being and to work on bettering themselves.
I only take on a limited amount of clients so I can provide the best quality care and counseling experience for each of my clients.
